SAR value stands for Specific Absorption Rate . It is the rate of absorption of radiations of phones in our body . It is measured in watt per kg , it tells us how much radiation is absorbed by one kg of our body . The radiations left by phones are not so harmful how much it is told . People rumor that radiations damage our eyes , our body etc. It happens through much more excess radiations . For our own safety we need to be aware of it . In India , standard SAR value is 1.6 watt / kg . It is the mormal radiation limit some phones are having more and some are having less than it . The lesser the SAR value , the better or safer the phone . If the SAR value is more than 1.6 watt /kg then it gives more radiations .
